The arbitration took place at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), with English as the arbitration language and a disputed amount of USD 21.44 million. The case was successfully settled to the client’s satisfaction.
3. Co-represented a Hainan air freight forwarding company with Spanish counsel in an air freight charter agreement dispute against a Spanish cargo airline in a Spanish court.
