The Vice President of Association of China Internet Financial Industry and Executive Director of Beijing Dadi Law Firm, Hongguo Liu, made a speech and introduced the profile, present situation and future development of internet finance legal service. The lawyer, Hongguo Liu, has established the first mature internet financial legal service team with complete functions in China, he and his team explained the concept of positioning the internet finance, namely, the large investment platform, a professional internet finance lawyer team should be established on this platform to provide industrial legal service by the lawyers’ professional knowledge and the infiltration of deal structure and trading mode and should also cooperate with relevant organizations at different levels for a long term, so as to promote the resource integration manner of rapid and steady development of internet finance.
